RETURN POLICY

At Evo Online Store, we offer hassle free return/exchange policy, free of charge, within U.A.E. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us follow the steps below:

  • Contact our customer service team via the Contact Us form or call us at 0097143466990 to initiate the process
  • We will inform our logistics team to pick up the item from your doorstep within 7 working days.
  • Let us know when the item has been picked up so we can top up your Evo credit with the amount you paid. You can think of your credit as money that you can spend on our website to buy anything you like.

Please note that the following conditions must be met to return an it

  • An item may only be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase
  • It must be unused, in original packing
  • Kindly note we do not give cash refunds
  • In case of exchange, we are unable to offer refund of shipping expenses occurred during the return and exchange process and new item chosen as replacement will incur delivery fee of its own.

Lead Time:
• With in UAE delivery shall take up to 2-9 business days for us to deliver the order to your doorstep
• Processing and shipping orders will be done from Saturday to Thursday.
Product Availability:
• Shipping of products varies, hence, while making an order; you will be informed by when your specific order will be available for shipping.
• Delivery day counting will start from the date of the order confirmation based on the product availability.
